The fit out (cat.B) of the 2000sqm premises for a company leader in jewels retail delivered by our team in 4 months. A design that incorporates the spirit of the company it has been curated in each details, from the finishes to the lighting, acoustic insulation and furnitures. The office space include open space areas, small, medium and large meeting rooms, an extended leisure area a full equipped training room, kitchenette and relax area

Iconic building for this office space located at the 10th floor of the Unicredit tower. We love the view from upthere and the employees too! We've worked on a surface of 900sqm completely refurbished with a smart touch and fresh colours.
Via Melchiorre Gioia
A live environment project for one of the most relaiable real estate realities in the world. The tenant rents the 2nd floor of a building located in the business district of Milan. We've carryed out the works in order to guarantee the employees return in the most efficient amount of time.

A 900 sqm fit out realized for a company leader in the renewable energy sector. Based in Spain, the client has appointed us for a complete Fit-out (cat.B) included the substituition of the exhisting primary air ventilation systems.

A really tight timeline has commited us in the different phases from construction to delivery. The high standard design has required a care of detail in the execution of the MEP and finishes with a final full satisfaction from the Client.

Within a 8 weeks plan, the new Consulate of Moldova has taken shape from a brief of functions to a detailed design. Eliga has identified the engineering solutions to match the design expectations with the budget allocated to the project.
